Problems with premium for students

Hello, it turns out that I subscribed to the spotify premium plan for students, but I did not receive a message to my email, it was done twice, and I still have not received the email confirming that the subscription to the premium for students was accepted. Even then the payment was made, and in the account still spotify free appears, saying that ne change to "Premium".
It is the second time; They have not returned my money.
I demand a refund, this is just a fraud that happens to all the people and you do not do anything to solve it. I'm very upset that I've decided to stop using Spotify, they only serve to cheat.

When you subscribe with the student discount, you should receive an email notification when your details are validated.

 

If you never received this email to complete the purchase, the transactions you see on your bank statement should show as pending. This means that the money was put on hold when you entered your card details, but it will go back to your bank account soon.

It's the same with my account, I have been charged twice and I'm still in the free plan. I think it's so unrespectful that anyone from Spotify contact me to solve the problem.

If it appears that you were charged twice when signing up for the student discount, it's likely that any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. In this case, no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank receives the confirmation that your student I.D. failed to verify, the ‘pending’ charge/charges will be refunded. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information.
