i paid 4 times for student premium, they didnt accept it, but i still lost 20$

Hey @hnaeim123,

 

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

but it does not say "pending" 

i have contacted the bank and the said that the havent recieved anything from spotify

 

I'd recommend reaching out to Support so they can confirm for you that the charges are pending charges.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
