Recharge of money after forgetting to update the student discount

My Question or Issue

The email which reminded me that my student discount will expire went to the **bleep** folder and i payed one month 10 Euro instead of 5. Is there a possibility that I get back the 5 additional Euro by proving that I was a student during this month?

I now requested again the unidays discount and got this order number but no confirmation email. I neither had to send a confirmation from my university. Is that correct? Can it take a bit of time until they send me the email?
