Spotify Premium Student, Aktualisierung des Abos über Unidays

Spotify hat anscheinend keinen wirklichen Support, daher hier meine Frage. 

Ich nutze seit paar Monaten Spotify Premium, über das Studenten Abo und wurde nun aufgefordert, meinen Studentenstatus zu aktualisieren, da es ansonsten auf den Standard Abo Preis geändert wird. 

Die Aktualisierung erfolgt über Unidays, dort bin ich nun bis zum 1.10.2019 als Student verifiziert. Spotify leitet mich auch auf die Seite von Unidays weiter... nur wird mein Status auf Spotify nicht verändert. 

Eigentlich ist das ne Sache für den richtigen Support...

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

We'd first recommend giving it a try availing again of the student discount in an incognito or private window in your browser. 

If that doesn't help, could you let us know if you're seeing an error message?

I had to install and use another Browser in order to make it work. 

It's not working on Chrome somehow, but it did work with Firefox.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

We're glad to hear everything is working as it should once more 🙂

Keep in mind that if it worked with no issues in an incognito/private window, or in this case, a different browser, you'll need to clear you cache/cookies memory if you come across the same error in the future.
