Refund of £14.99

I would like a refund please of £14.99. I have had a student premium account with Spotify ever since I started college, which was 2 years ago. I have always had £5.99 taken out my account every month, yet this month they took out £14.99 which they have never done before as well as the £5.99.. how do I go about getting this money back? 
has this happened to anyone else?

Thanks for the post.

What has most likely happened is that your Student discount has expired, after which your subscription automatically turns into Premium Individual. When this occurs your account is charged the full price.

After re-activating the student discount the next bill should be for the reduced price of £5.99.

What do I do about this then?
Cause I would like the £14.99 refund please due to me not needing to pay it, cause I have already paid the £5.99.
