Bonjour,

 

Etudiante et bénéficiaire de l'offre étudiante, je souhaiterais savoir comment me faire rembourser la différence pour le mois durant lequel j'ai été prélevé en tant qu'utilisateur "prenium".

Keep in mind that the official language used in the Community is English; the replies will be posted in this language. We appreciate your understanding.

 

When the Student discount expires, the system automatically renews the subscription as a regular Premium user. However, if you have already renewed the discount, it's active in your account, and the charge is less than 14 days; since we don't have access to users accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support team so they can check your subscription and apply any compensation if necessary.
