Renewed Student Premium but still charged me $9.99

Renewed Student Premium but still charged me $9.99

I recently got an email that told me I had to renew my Premium for Students, and I let it go too long so it charged me $9.99 one month. I renewed it the next month and my screen told me I would pay the $4.99 and that I could also get a Hulu plan with it. I exited out of Spotify thinking that everything was fixed, but this month I was also charged $9.99. When I got back online, it said I was on the Premium for Students on one screen but it also said it was charging me $9.99 a month on another. I clicked on the "learn more" button about premium for students and it said I was already on premium for students, and then I clicked the Connect to Hulu button, and now when I go to Spotify it is saying that I am paying the $4.99 again. However, I want to be sure that I'm actually on the premium for students plan because I cannot afford to pay the $9.99 a month. Also, I would like to be reimbursed since this seems like a glitch from Spotify. Thanks.
