Renewing student discount

I have had the student discount for 2 years and was trying to renew it again, but whenever I try, it says that "unfortunately, we couldn't verify that you're a student."  I have been going to Clemson for 4 years and just started my masters program, so I don't understand why it can't verify me.  I have tried submitting the renewal request on different browsers and on my phone, hoping that one will magically work, but I've had no luck.  I'm wondering if something in the verification process is messing up because it only ever asks for my name, school, and birthday.  Is that really all they need to verify, or should something else be popping up so that I can enter more information?

Can you please try to verify using an incognito or private window in your browser?

Once you've opened that link, you should be prompted to log in to your Spotify account and proceed with the steps to renew your discount.

Sadly, the incognito browser did not work.  I had the same response as before.
