Renewing student discount

Renewing student discount

I’ve been a premium student member for over a year now but for some reason Spotify doesn’t want to accept my application for the student discount again. I have a new debit card and I’ve tried to charge the service to the new card, but for some reason the verification process never goes through. Do I have to email a picture of my schedule or something?

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

 

In this case, we suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser to get the discount.

 

Also, you can try the manual verification to send proof that you're a student to SheerID. You'll see the highlighted link to do the manual verification on the same page when you're typing your student details.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, make sure the new card meets the requirements on the attached picture.
