Reverify student discount

I just received an email saying “In a month's time, your Premium Student with Hulu and SHOWTIME plan expires. To keep your student discount, you need to reverify that you’re enrolled in an accredited college or university”. However, it has not even been 6 months since I have subscribed as a student.

My Question or Issue

Why am I receiving a notice to renew my student account if it has not even been 6 months?

It'd be good to double-check your subscription renewal date here and also the exact date you successfully activated the Student discount: this info should be the most reliable, even if you received that email a bit earlier than expected.
