I signed up for Student Premium today, received the verification email and everything went smooth. Until I opened Spotify and nothing happened. There's still the Premium ad, I can only make playlists, no downloads. I uninstalled the app and tried again. Still nothing happened. Please I don't want to pay for something that isn't going to work. I go to school at Wilfrid Laurier University.

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps 🙂
