Spotify Premium

Spotify Premium

I created a spotify student premium account a couple of weeks ago. I downloaded the app on my phone and created playlists and everything was fine. 

 

I then downloaded the app on my macbook last night and went to log in and realized I forgot my password. I retrieved my password through an email and logged on and all my playlists were gone and I didn't have access to premium anymore. 

 

I went to the app on my phone and logged off as well and went to log back in with the new password, and once again all my playlists were gone and I didn't have access to premium.

 

It's shows on 10/20/17 that I was charged $4.99 for the student premium account. I resubmitted my payment again last night and it told me my email address was already registered for a student premium account. 

 

So it charged me twice, and I still don't have access to my premium account. 

 

I don't understand how changing my password made everything delete and got rid of my premium access. I'm still paying for it, so I would like to resovle this problem as soon as possible and be refunded one of my payments. 

 

Let me know how to resolve this please.
