Spotify Student - Pagamento riuscito ma ho ancora la versione Free

Ho pagato 4,99 EUR per il pacchetto per studenti in quanto sono studente all'università, il pagamento è riuscito ma continuo ad avere la versione Free.
Non ho ricevuto email, non mi ha fatto inserire istituto di provenienza ed i soldi sono stati presi senza che ne sto usufruendo.
Cosa devo fare?

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If the payments show as pending, it means they didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
