Spotify Student

I have subscribed to the "spotify student" for a price of € 4.99 (charged by my card), but my account is still free. Why?
When I signed up for the offer, It did not find my school and did not succeed.

In this case, the charge should show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken because Spotify has not yet verified your student status.
