Spotify charged my $14 this month and I have a student account. I am a US student and have had premium for a while. It says on my receipts tab that it charged $5, but it took $14 out of my account.

If you're sure that the 14$ charge was indeed for Spotify, it's possible that it's for another account. We recommend that you follow these steps and search for any possible secondary accounts you might have open.
