Spotify for Students Issue

The other day I tried to buy the 4.99/month for Students Premium and Spotify could not verify I was a student at my college but they still charged me the 4.99. What should i do? It does not say I am a premium user on my account nor does it say I am in the app. Will I get my money back?

Hey @lexmilazzo,

when you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

Could you please check that for me :)?

Hey again @lexmilazzo,

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?

If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.

You should check these payment requirements first.

If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.

You should also check out this support article when you get in trouble with your student account again 🙂
