Spotify premium for students problem

Spotify premium for students problem

I signed up to spotify student TWO times, so i think now spotify is trying to charge me twice cause of that mistake... i paid my subscription once but now it says that i haven' paid at all and that my payment method should be changed, hence the second account (?)  How can i fix this?

Just to be sure, are the charges on your bank statement showing as pending? If so, they haven't gone through. They should get back to you within a few business days.

 

Until then, try signing up again here using an incognito window.

The money I transfered came back to me, so I updated my payment method (since I had that notification to do so)I put in the same information as I did before and the payment was sent. Seems to have solved the problem.
