Spotify premium -> student discount

Hello everybody,

I used to have the student discount for my spotify account. However, it is no longer there and I pay the normal amount. How do I change it back to student discount?

I logged into unidays but when I click on "student discount" I have to do the whole payment process again and I do not want to pay twice.

When I want to change my abonnement to a student discount abonnement it tells me that either I am not eligible to get this discount (which I am) or that I haven't given any payment details (which I have).

I really don't know what to do now.
