Spotify student does not work on smartphone

Hello,

 

I suscribed to Spotidy student 2 months ago and it works on my computer but not on my iphone. I already deleted and downloaded the application again twice on my phone and I don't know how to solve the problem. On my computed it says I am using Spotify Student and on my phone it says I am using Spotify Free. I am also paying every month.

 

Does anyone know why or how to solve this problem?

That's no fun! Let's get some more info so we can get this fixed as quickly as possible!

 

  • Have you confirmed you are using the same details on your phone as your computer?
  • Do you have a Facebook account connected to your account?
  • Have you tried using your email instead of Facebook or vice versa?
  • Have you made sure the app is definitely up to date?
  • Have you tried any other devices?

Let me know if trying any of these gets it working!

Hello again! 

 

Sure, I just had not realized that I had two different accounts with very similar identifiers (I had created one a long time ago and did not remember) and I was using a different account on my phone and on my computer. Your message made me check so I just connected to the right account on my phone (it was a bit silly, sorry) 🙂
