My Question or Issue
I have the Spotify student subscription which my account says is still connected to Hulu, but when I try to go onto Hulu it says I must sign up for Hulu subscription even though my Hulu account says I have the base plan and am billed/connected through Spotify. Any help to get my access back to Spotify would be much appreciated, I've had this student subscription for some time now.

Just to clarify - do you have access to your Spotify account? If you're having any trouble logging in, we recommend having a look here.
If you can confirm that on your account page Hulu is activated, we recommend that you reach out to their Customer Support team here. They'll happily look in to why their service doesn't work as expected at your end.

I have access to my Spotify account just fine and you can see in the image here that my Hulu account does say that I have the base package through my Spotify deal. I will check out the Customer Support page you mention and come back after, thank you.

Hi, I'm having this issue recently and have done basic troubleshooting on my end, then reached out to Hulu customer support. They were unable to help me, but did escalate the issue to their tech team. Hulu customer support told me that I needed to contact Spotify about it instead. Is there a way to address the problem if neither service will resolve the issue?
