Student Discount Payment Problem(Turkey)

Student Discount Payment Problem(Turkey)

I saw the student discount for 6,99TL in Turkey and I paid for Spotify Premium. It required confirmation and I am a high school student so I shut down the web page. But 6,99TL is paid for Premium but i actually cancelled it. How can I get my money back?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, it's very likely just a pending charge if you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email. There's more info about this here.

So I didn't receive any e-mail from Spotify. I tried to logout and re-login it didn't work. I paid 6.99TL from my Ininal so its not a credit card or something like that and I dont have any other accounts. So if I can get my money back there'll be no problem at all. Because I think I don't have any solutions for this problem. Thank you. @Maria_B
