Student Discount problems

Student Discount problems

I signed up for the student discounted premium/Hulu subscription. I was charged the discounted rate, but not given premium access. I havent been asked for anything, nor have I received an email confirmation of anything further I need to do. This is terrible service . The funds came out immediately and I was notified by my bank. That's the only way I'd know it even went through. Please help!

If the payments didn't go through, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
