Student Discount valid for only less than a year?

My Question or Issue:

I verified my Student id a couple months ago but now I see on my account it is only valid for 1 more year? I am going to be in college/university for a lot longer than 1 year so I am not sure why that is and if my Student discount can be extended. Thanks for any help!

Hey @m2448 Welcome to the Spotify Community!

The Student Discount lasts for only 4 years. The date you see might be the verification date. If you are able to take a screenshot of that date then i might be able to verify that, that is the verification date.

Every year you have to reverify your account, claiming that you are still a student. If you don't verify your account, then you will lose the Student Discount.
