My Question or Issue

So i had a trial version on an old account before i noticed its too old and my email is not right anymore.  I just got a new one, deleteing the old one, but now i cant use my payment card to get a student discount for premium, but its a new account... and the other is no longer existing. Does anyone know how to fix that? thanks in advance

Hello @purploop,

Unfortunately, you are only eligible for the student discount once every 12 months even if you cancelled your last subscription. You will be able to sing up for the student discount when 12 last months of Premium for Student end. In the meantime, you can always check other Premium offers here.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any other questions 🙂
