I was gonna buy student premium but after I paid I realized it was for collage students only but I am a high school student, so I closed the page but it seems I paid the money but I don't have premium, can I get a refund ?

Welcome to the Spotify Community, and thank you for posting your issue! I'd love to help you here! 

 

This sounds like the transaction is 'pending' - a phase of your banks authorisation process, whereas the bank has put an authorisation on the purchase, but no money has been removed.

 

Since the authorisation is incomplete (since you didn't verify your college student status), your bank will be notified and the charge to your account should be removed in upto 48h. If the charge still exists afterwards, please feel free to post back!

Thanks for answering, money has been removed from my card on 19.11.2017 so it has been some time.

This sounds like something the great people over at Spotify Support need to have a look over! You can send Spotify a note about this over here.

They'll get back to your soon and help work through what you can do! Make sure to keep an eye out for an email with the subject line "Spotify Case # XXXXXXXX". It might find its way into your Spam/Junk folders, so keep an eye in there as well!

If you get a reply asking you to come back to the Community, reply directly to that regardless of the address and an agent will help you!
