Hi. I signed up for student discount. Before i am verified as a student, spotify already charge me the money. and it was a success transaction, not pending. after that, i got verified. but spotify said my payment was failed. i don't wanna pay twice. how to refund?

Keep in mind that once your credentials are successfully verified, you'll receive an email with steps to apply the discount to your account. If you were having troubles with your payment method during that, we'd suggest giving it another try after checking the steps here.

Further, if you were already subscribed to Premium, no worries, the discounted rate will automatically begin on your next billing date after applying the discount on your account.
