My Question/Issue

Hey! I have tried signing up for the student discount a few times and have gotten the message 'You have already redeemed this offer.' Although I still don't have premium?

Hey @_madelinekelly Welcome to the Spotify Communtiy!

 

It sounds like you have created two accounts. If you have bought the Student Premium you should have gotten an email with a receipt. In that email should be the account information and the payment. If you haven't gotten the receipt yet, it is because your payment is still pending with your bank. Give it about 48 hours. If you have gotten your receipt log into the account and make sure that the account information matches with the username in the receipt. If it doesn't then all you got to do is close that account and log into the account that is on your receipt.

I only have one account and I tried setting up student premium a few weeks ago and still haven't gotten any receipts?
