Hi @Harun07! Welcome to our Spotify Community.

 

There are a couple things that could have happened, we’ll help you get to the bottom of it.

 

Are you seeing your playlists when you sign in? Try to log out/ log in and see if your Premium activates. If a log out/ log in doesn’t work check your inbox. Did you get a confirmation email after upgrading?

 

If you have your subscription confirmation and it’s still not appearing you may have created a second account and upgrade that one on accident. I tried all of them, but it did not. Payment was received, but membership did not begin. If you give the money back, I will try again.

We're sorry to hear this didn't do the trick!

Can you check if the charge shows on your statement as ‘pending’? If so, rest assured this means no money has actually been taken.

If it's pending, once the bank receives the confirmation that your student I.D. failed to verify, the ‘pending’ charge will be refunded. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information.
