Student Hulu Discount?

Student Hulu Discount?

Ok so I am trying to activate my hulu acount with my spotify for the new discount, but it won't let my card go through! I just called my bank and they say everything is fine and even watched a transaction go through, and yet my card is still getting the "bad day" message when I try to activate the hulu portion of the discount. Help!

Thanks for getting in touch, we'lll gladly help you out.

 

The "bad day" error message can be caused by many different payment errors. We suggest making sure your card meets all the requirements on the attached picture.

 

If it does, we suggest trying one more time using a different browser or an incognito window to set up the discount.

 

However, if you're still getting the error message and your card meets all the requirements, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook.

 

They'll take a closer look and help you out as soon as possible.
