Student Spotify Premium wont let me to use Hulu even though it's activated

Hello, so I activated my Hulu subscription that's tied to my student spotify account last year and I recently cleaned my computer and it logged me out of all accounts. Now I've been trying to log into Hulu on my computer but it always sends me to the page where it says choose a plan even though I'm already logged in. I went to my spotify account and it says my Hulu service is activated but whenever I click on the "start watching" it sends me to choose a plan still. I can still watch Hulu with the app on my iphone and my TV. Please help.

You can try linking your accounts again here, preferably using an incognito or private window in your browser on a desktop device.
