Student account already in use

My Question or Issue

 When I initially signed up, I signed in with Facebook not realizing my moms account was signed in on safari so Spotify used that. I cancelled her subscription and went on my personal account to upgrade to Spotify student account and of course it says the student is already verified under a different account. How do I completely take my student account off my mom’s and then add it to mine? Also how do I get the premium charges to stop on my moms premium account?

In this case, I'd recommend reaching out to the Support team here. They'll hopefully be able to move your student discount from one account to another 🙂
