Student account subscription problem

Student account subscription problem

Hi! I subscribed for spotify prenium, the student account. But I didn't receive anything, not even a confirmation mail. And nothing changed in my account like I'm still in the free spotify. When I try again, they told be I've already had this subscription even though it doesn't work! How could this happen? What can I do?

In this case, we suggest you follow all of the steps listed in this article. If you still have trouble seeing your Premium features, the pending charge point most likely applies to you.

 

If that's the case, make sure your card meets the requirements listed here and try signing up again.
