My Question or Issue

Hi,

I've got a student account since several years and sometimes I have to renew the student verification. While I haven't renewed this verification (just for a few days), I have a normal price bill. Is it possible to be refund ? (as I am student since 2014 so I should always have the student price nop ? 🙂 ).

We suggest you first try updating the payment details in your Spotify account if you haven't yet. Simply open this link and follow all the steps. Don't worry, you won't be charged additionally after you do this. It's just a mere confirmation of the payment details for your student discount.

Once you’ve done so, go to your account page and scroll down to Your plan - here you’ll see the updated price of your subscription.
