Student discount but charged with normal price

Student discount but charged with normal price

I have already applied for student discount, and it should be approved with the statement 'You have already redeemed this offer.', but I am still charged $58.00 instead of the discounted price of $29.00.

Hi ahonggg,

 

Have you recieved an email in regards to wether or not you have been verified as a Student? If you haven't it is likely you may not have been verified and as such your discount hasn't been applied. If you have I would contact Spotify Support and see what they can do for you!

Hi Jordan, I have not received the email, so how could I do further to verify my student status?

I would try to confirm my details are correct with the Student ID verification service, if not try Spotify Support and see if they can help at all.
