My Question or Issue

Hey, I have Spotify for Students but it still says it’s going to charge €10 instead of €5.

Any idea how to fix this or will it only charge €5?

Hi KobeSchreurs, welcome to the community!

If Spotify has confirmed that you will only be paying €5 then it should say on the Account page of Spotify's website that you're only getting charged €5.

If it says that you're going to be charged €10, I would suggest that there's a chance that you have two accounts with Spotify.

Can you confirm that the email confirmation receieved in regards to your student membership is the same email that you login to your Spotify account with?

I think i fixed it, i just had to cancel my premium. Thanks for the help!
