Student discount for university students

Hello everyone,

I'd have a problem with getting premium as a student. 3 days ago I added my card number, and I sent a document to verify that I'm a university student. The document contained my full name, name of the university, my faculty and the current semester. Should I have got a message after I sent this document, or it's automatically sent and I'll just get one if they accept my document? If not, to whom can I write to solve this problem, or at least get some information?

The verification process can take about a week and you will receive a confirmation email when the process is complete.

ago, but no answer yet. 😞
