Student discount not working

I just cancelled my premium family subscription to avail the student discount which cost a lot less. But, earlier when I tried to subscribe for premium for student, it just charged my credit card and no changes were made. I'm still a free user. I have filled all the requirements to avail this promo. Really need help here guys

It may take up to 24 hours to activate on your account. If you are still a free user after 24 hours have passed I recommend contacting Support about this issue, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on the online contact form.

Yes! thank you so much, I was very impatient, I am now a premium user, SheerID's process takes so much time to verify if the user is really enrolled in a university.
