I wanted to subscribe twice but I still don't have Premium. I was charged twice as you can see on a picture but I didn't get money back. I didn't get any confirmations ofmy paymen on my email.

I have the same problem, I have pay for it 3 times, and still don't get my premium, I also have recieved the confirmation email.

Same here, does anyone know how to get my money back and cancel this option (it's not available on my account)? Also will it charge me 9,99 every month like it was said in agreement?

Will you help us or we will just keep paying and get nothing in return? How do I can be sure that I won't pay in vain?

I just contacted them myself, if I know something more I'll let you know.

i also applied but since i'm not a current student, i start in the fall it canceled my subscription process but still charged me the 5.43 for the subscription, will it refund me? 

I've read on other student discount problems, that if there is no confirmation mail then the money will be back. I've got mine back, but I still don't know if they won't charge me next month.
