My Question or Issue

Hello,

I'm from Poland. I have a problem with my Student discount. I activated my account in November 2017. Spotify charged from my debit card till May this year (It's 7th fee). Now in June the payment can not be made. Why? I have money on my bank account.

Please help me..Now I have Spotify Free and I miss my Premium.

That's odd. Try making sure your payment card meets the requirements listed here. If you're unsure, reach out to your bank.

 

Once that's sorted, you can try signing up again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
