Student discount with premium charge$$!!

My Question or Issue

I have student discount (plan) already verified but in the principal page of my account it says that I have premium... So the charge is for 99$ not 49$ (student discount) what can I do?

Apologies for the delayed response, we just came across this thread.

Just to confirm, do you still experience this issue? If you do, you can start off by checking your inbox to see if you've received a confirmation email from SheerID. You should be able to apply the discount on your account by clicking the link in that email.

If that doesn't solve the issue, feel free to take a look at this Spotify Answer that has some other steps that you can try.
