Student discount won't apply

My Question or Issue

 I authorized that I was a student with sheerid but had to cancel the payment procedure right after, when I went to obtain the discount again, it said i was already approved but wouldn't let me use the aproval on my account. I am on the .99$ for 3 month package now but it ways it will be 9.99$ after that, how can I fix this?

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

It sounds like the discount was already applied on your account. In this case, all you need to do to avail of the discounted rate is head here.  

Keep in mind that after doing that, the discounted rate should kick in after your trial has ended, at your next billing date 🙂
