Student discount

I sign up for the student discount, and it’s saying it can’t verify that I’m a student and i can’t get the student discount? Can someone help me get the discount i have an account but i never put my credit card with it, but i try and sign in with my Spotify name and password and then go to click for the student discount fill out everything and it says i can’t get it?
