Student discount

Hi,

i signed up today for the student discount and my debit card had been charged before i completed the process to verify, since im not a university coz i’m in highschool i want to cancel the subscription. What to do to get my money back?

Apologies for the late reply, but maybe I can still help 🙂

When you didn't receive your Premium immediately, your payment must be showing as pending on your bank statement.

When you didn't finish your Student enrollment, the money will come back to your account after a few days 🙂
