Student plan issue

I had started my subscription with student plan and i have been charged for it already but i am unable to use premium features and when i open my account it shows free subscription. I want to know is there something wrong with it why i can’t use premium feature.

Hello @Prabhaujla_ and welcome to the community! 

A temporary charge goes through even if the student verification was successful or not. But it is only temporary charge on your credit card and they should disappear in a few days. 

The only charge that you actually have to pay for is if you were successfully verified for the student discount.
