Student plan says I've already redeemed this offer, but still charged normal price

Hi, 

I have used Premium for Students for only two years now, but was charged full price last month ($9.99). When I try to verify my student ID, I fill out all the information but it tells me I've already redeemed this offer and won't let me proceed. Is there any way to fix this?
