My Question or Issue

I study and live officially in Finland and I had gotten a student premium. I left for exchange to Mexico in August and I forgot my bank card home which meant that I needed to shut the card down. Thus, my premium payment didn't go through and my account changed to the free version. I have a new card now and I am trying to renew the subscription but it does not work (maybe because I am currently in Mexico?) What can I do ? I really want my premium back 😞

Welcome to the Community and thank you for posting!

Whenever you want to pay a Premium subscription, there are 3 things that need to match: the country registered on your account, the country where the payment card was issued and your physical location.

This means that in order to go back to Premium, first you need to change your country settings to Mexico from your Account Overview, and then use a payment method that has been issued in Mexico.
