Student premium not accessible even after the payment

So I took a student and sheer I'd did all the process and I got verified. After the payment completion process I can't still access premium package.

I did the log in and log out  process 

I did all the possible solutions and still I couldn't able to access the premium in both my mobile and my laptop

You can contact spotify here. They can look into why your premium is not working, maybe due to a payment error, or some other issue. Regardless, reach out, they'll help out!

Just to be sure are you positive that you got verified ? have you already recieved a payment with the discount ?

The reason i'm asking is because you might be logged into the wrong account as it's very easy to create a second account by mistake.
