Student premium problem

Hi everybody!
I've tried to upgrade to Premium Students in the last few days but none of the three attempt that I've made has resulted in anything.

Still, Spotify has charged me 4,99€ (x 3) on my credit card.

The problem is that, every time I try to subscribe, I get a message from Sheer ID which, in english, would be something like "The document upload is no longer permitted for this validation request" (see attachment - unfortunately in italian). 
Does anybody know what shuould I do?

In case you were charged but still getting an error message, it'll be best to contact support and have them take a closer look.
