Switching from college to university

I have had a student premium account for about a year now while going to a community college. This coming fall, I plan to transfer to a university. Do I have to make a new account because it’s a different school or is there a way to change the school I’m attending?

The student discount is active on your account for 12 months at a time, with an option to renew it, if you're eligible, a maximum of 3 more times.

In that case, we'd recommend waiting for the current discount to run out on your Spotify account. Once it's time to renew it, you can follow the steps here and choose your new university. No need to create a new account 🙂
