TWICE TIME PAYMENT FOR STUDENT ACCOUNT

I write my credit card information and press next. They took money. After that I was retirected to sheerid. When I was approve that I am a student I took a mail. The page that I redirected is same payment page. I write my credit card information and payment happend again. So, I paid twice time for being premium member. What can I do take my money back?

Sometimes, when entering the card details for the student discount the first time, the payment is put on hold and will show as pending on your bank statement.

If there are two pending payments on your account, most likely one of them will go back to your account and the other will go through. You can find more info about this here.

If you contact your bank and you're sure both payments went through, we suggest contacting our Customer support via Twitter or Facebook. They'll take a closer look at your account to help you out.
